An Abnormal Sound During UV DTF Sticker Printer Printing

Preparation: Cut off the power supply of the printer, lubricate.
STEP1: Adjust the tightness of the belt first.
STEP2: Drip lubricating oil into the connection of the gear assembly. (The grease between the gears dries up, causing direct friction between the metal/nylon tooth surfaces, resulting in abnormal noise)
Note: When the tension wheel rotates jerkily, drip lubricating oil into the parts at both ends of the wheel shaft.
