Replace the printer damper
Preparation: Cut off the power of the printer, paper towel, new damper, scissors, lighter.
Step 1: Put paper towels on both sides of the print head
Step 2: Close the pipe buckle to block the flow of ink
Step 3: Pinch the side of the damper shell, slowly take it upward, and put it in a sealed bag for temporary storage (Note: Do not squeeze the inner test to prevent internal pressure from causing ink splashing)
Step 4: Replace the new damper, connect the pipeline, and reset (Note: Use a lighter to bake the connection of the pipeline for easy separation. There should be no gaps in the connection of the pipeline after installation)
Precautions: Do not let the ink drip during operation, high-frequency use of the printer is recommended to replace the damper once every three months, so that the ink capsule can stabilize the ink supply for the print head, and a long time without replacing the damper will lead to a decline in the quality of the print and the risk of clogging the print head.
