How to Use DTF White Ink Correctly

White ink plays a vital role in DTF printing, but if used improperly, it is easy to cause blockage, color difference or even scrap. Therefore, correct usage and daily maintenance are very critical.
Preparation: DTF-specific white ink, the shelf life of the ink has not expired
STEP1: Choose special white ink, you must use DTF-specific white ink (different types of printers must use special white ink)
STEP2: Shake evenly before adding ink, white ink is easy to precipitate, shake it thoroughly before use (at least 2 minutes), please use a lamp to illuminate the bottom of the ink bottle for precipitation to check (UV crystal marked ink can be shaken evenly)
STEP3: Printer settings Different models of machines have different spot color settings, turn on the machine's white ink circulation function, the system is specially designed to avoid ink clogging
Note: White ink may still precipitate during the static process. It is recommended to gently shake the white ink cartridge after completing the printing task every weekend to help the pigment remix and extend the life of the print head. And please do not mix white ink of different brands. The composition of white ink is complex, and the additives in different formulas are easy to produce chemical reactions, forming flocs or precipitation, which will cause serious clogging. In addition, different white inks have different whiteness and hiding power. Mixing them will cause the pattern to become gray or uneven in color. Long-term mixing may corrode the ink tube and nozzle sealing ring, affecting the life of the entire machine.
