Hot melt powder does not adhere firmly and falls off after hot stamping

Problem phenomenon: The pattern is easy to fall off after hot stamping, or some areas are not firmly bonded.

Solution:
1.Adjust the Powder shaking machine: Check whether the oscillator is working properly to ensure that the powder is evenly covered.
2.Optimize hot stamping parameters: increase the temperature (160-170℃) or extend the hot stamping time (10-17 seconds).
3.Pre-treat the fabric: Clean the fabric with a stain remover to remove silicone oil or softener residue.
Preventive measures:
Check and lubricate the mechanical structure every month
Avoid overload and long-term printing
R4.Replace high-quality hot melt powder: Choose powder with good fluidity and uniform particles, and seal it to prevent moisture.
5.Pay attention to the pressing method: the clothes should be placed directly on the pressing machine platform without wrinkles for pressing. Do not pull the fabric to ensure that the clothes maintain their original shape when heated to avoid the resulting pattern distortion and fabric shrinkage.
