2.Being able to recognize the USB flash drive ≠ being able to recognize the dongle

Customer: "I can plug in the USB flash drive and mouse, why can't the dongle be recognized?"

Us: The USB flash drive is plug-and-play and has low driver requirements. The dongle is a security authentication device, and the operating system and software need to load exclusive drivers and permissions. If the current, voltage or data transmission stability of some interfaces does not meet the standards, they will only "recognize the USB flash drive, not the dongle."
3.Green light on ≠ software can definitely recognize it

A. Exit the software and restart the software
B. Restart the computer/laptop
C. Turn off the firewall and confirm whether the firewall is blocking the driver loading
D. Check if the blue dongle connection is loose,please plug it directly into the native USB port behind the computer host or the port of the computer.
E. Run the software as an administrator
